Bright Lights, Big City.

For nationally televised games, the Cleveland Browns shoot fireworks during pregame ceremonies and sometimes after the game. Over the years, they’ve requested us to take photos of those moments. Not one to repeat the same shots every year, we always come up with new ideas, angles and locations.  Some of the most memorable photographic experiences were:

• Sprinting down Lakeside Avenue due to a traffic snafu, gear in tow, and narrowly making it to the Southeast Gate just in time to start shooting
• Sitting under the scoreboard to get a Busta Rhymes-style shot with a fisheye lens
• Shooting from a boat on Lake Erie — an experience that involved rock climbing and the Coast Guard
• Standing on top of Cleveland’s jail (Priceless! Just ask Martin and Tim.)
